Prayer Bracelet Class (November 2, 2003)
Most of you that have been in the store know about my prayer bracelet. We offer classes to create rosarys both Catholic and Episcopal. Sometimes when I pray, I forget to pray for someone or my mind will wander, so I thought a bracelet with a bead to represent each person would aid me with my prayers. I begin with a red bead to give thanks for Christ's blood to cleanse me of sin. Then I pray for the world, for peace and for the hungry. Next I pray for our country, our leaders, our troups and their families. A bead with two colors reminds me to pray for our state and local leaders to use integrity making decisions. A white bead represents the church, missionaries and their families. The next beads represent family, their birthstones and dangles for their spouses and children. The last bead is how I end my prayers with the Lord's Prayer. It is a beautiful bracelet and you can create your own. We do offer a class, be sure that you bring a list of all that you remember in prayer and their birthdates. It is a wonderful class.

New Stones (October 19, 2003)
This week we received a new stone order. We have replenished our supply of green turquoise. We have several shapes: coin, flat, rice. They are going fast so come by or call for an order soon. We also have a simulated moss agate. It is much lighter than moss agate and works up pretty with strawberry quartz. We got lots of pearls, some of the pastels that you have all been requesting and also beautiful greens. I think that you will be pleased with the quality and price of these pearls. There were lots of other items in the order come by to check it out.
