Beautiful Beads! (January 10, 2008)
It is my greatest weakness, I love to buy beads! We have had two salespeople (bead peddlers) here this week and I could not help it! I bought so many beautiful beads. Lots of pearls and stones. There was a limited supply of some of the beads but we bought all that was available. Get by as soon as possible before they are gone. We also have a shipment that should be here today of wood beads. I will have plenty of the wood and I can replenish them easily but some of the stones and pearls are not so easily restocked.
The jewelry that we will create on the cruise is on display in the store. We leave in just one more week. I am excited. The store will remain open and beaders night will be held as scheduled.
New Arrivals and cruise news (January 2, 2008)
New beads should be here January 8th. Be sure to come by before they are all gone.
2008 cruise will leave Jan.17 and return on Jan.21. The store will remain OPEN while I am gone.
Beaders night on Jan 17 will be held as usual. Crawford will teach the beaded bead that night.
Allen is collecting names of anyone that wants to take pearl knotting. When he has enough he will teach that class.
It is time! (January 2, 2008)
The holidays are over, we can sit back and create something just because we want to, and just for us. It is 'ME' time. I love the excitement of the holidays but I love the new year for the time we have to recover from the rush and pressure. Now is the time to learn new skills, create something for yourself, explore new ideas. ]
It is also time to make resolutions. I have learned a few things at my age, one of which is to NOT make resolutions! I will promise you and me that I will TRY to:
1. post the calender every month
2. write an entry in this newsletter every month
3. teach a new class every month?
The key word is try not resolve.

We have so many new beads and they are so beautiful..... and we have more coming next week. I am sure that you will find just the inspiration to create all you holiday gifts and accessories for your holiday outfits.
Cruise info (November 1, 2007)
We have more signing up for the cruise in January! Make plans as soon as possible because they can only hold slots for us at this price until Nov. 10th. It is a great cruise with good food, great classes and lots of fun. Hope that you can join us soon.
